Spent five nights in a cozy one-bedroom apartment, soaking in the beautiful beach views and warming up by the outdoor pool. It was so relaxing to hang out on the sun terrace and enjoy the BBQ facilities. The only downside was that I had to leave. I could've stayed longer! 🌞

The beach is just a few steps away, and we enjoyed both the local seafood restaurant and the lively Atlantic Ave. Beach towels were provided, and overall, the place was super accommodating. Make sure to check in early if you can!
One thing to note is that the toilet paper provided was not the best quality. it’s definitely single-ply, so bring your own for comfort.

I had an awesome stay! The easy access to the beach was perfect for early morning sunrises, and I loved having two small fridges to fit all our snacks. Remember to bring your own toilet paper, though!

I absolutely loved the peaceful atmosphere and well-maintained grounds at Dover House Timeshare. The spacious balcony provided a perfect spot to appreciate the ocean view, and accessibility for seniors was excellent, making it easy to enjoy the amenities.
More lighting in outdoor areas would be helpful.

Recommend for a quick stop
Comfortable room, convenient location, with free wi-fi available throughout the grounds, and we loved being just steps away from the beach which made it easy to explore nearby shops and restaurants.
One thing worth noting was the mattress needed to be replaced.

Amazing ocean view and easy beach access. The grounds are well-maintained, and I loved watching the sunrise from my living room!

Oh man, the dining scene in Delray is off the charts! We hit up 50 Ocean for some fresh seafood that made my taste buds dance. Plus, the outdoor picnic area back at the resort was perfect for enjoying the Florida sun. The staff was super helpful when I had questions about the nearby hotspots too.
Now, a heads-up, they could use better lighting in the outdoor spaces. Navigating after dark was tricky, especially in the rain! And just so you know, there are no elevators, so if you’ve got knee issues like me, take note.

Had five delightful nights in a spacious one-bedroom apartment. The view? Just fab! Comfy beds and cool air made the heat less, and ice in the freezer was the cherry on top!
But oh dear, the shower curtain looked like it had seen better days! And if I wanted an adventure, I'd go hiking, not figure out the ancient AC vents!

Just a solid selection for a weekend jaunt in Delray Beach with good value for cost. The location was great, right across from the ocean and close to fun on Atlantic Avenue. Bring some extra coffee supplies if you’re a fan, as they’re in short supply.

Loved the view of the ocean from my One-Bedroom Apartment. The location can't be beaten—steps away from the beach, perfect for a sunrise coffee. The staff responded quickly to my text requests, making it easy to ask for extra towels. The grounds are beautiful, well-maintained, and relaxing. However, the kitchen could use a few more utensils. The bathroom sink had issues holding water, which was a bit annoying. No hair dryer in the room. For all the little complaints, the experience was still enjoyable given the atmosphere and location.

The apartment offered a cozy atmosphere with a well-equipped kitchen that met our needs. We loved having a comfortable bedroom that provided a restful night's sleep.
The noise from the nearby streets could be disruptive during certain hours.
